With over 11 years of experience, Gracia Tharp (she/her) has a unique approach to healthcare, blending ancient wisdom with modern expertise to deliver exceptional care. Her focus is on providing personalized care that addresses the specific needs of each individual, while providing a soothing environment. She combines traditional Eastern medicine with evidence-based practices to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. She enjoys working in variety of settings from clinical work to allopathic medical systems. She has owned and operated Thrive Integrative Health in Issaquah for over a decade. ​

After becoming a mother, she has found her passion in fertility, pregnancy and reproductive health. She has experience treating a wide variety of reproductive related complaints. Her speciality offers supportive treatments during the fertility, pregnancy and postpartum journey. She stays active in international maternal health research groups and has maintained an academic mindset in her practice. She has served as faculty at University of Washington’s as their lead acupuncturist and continues to offer adjunct work at Bastyr University as a clinic preceptor. ​ Her love for maternal care has driven her to become a postpartum doula and create a program for personalized meal preparation to support families as they expand.

​​Gracia has extensive experience treating various conditions beyond fertility and maternal health which includes pain, injury, digestive issues, insomnia, stress/anxiety and oncology support. She also provides supportive care for patients entering peri/menopause and its symptoms, ensuring tailored support for each individual’s health journey.​ ​ Her goal is to empower her patients to take control of their health and well-being, guiding them on a journey towards balance and vitality.
